FELIPE "FELA" ORELLANA CASTRO

Fela has worked as a youth worker for many years in various fields (youth clubs, youth organization Agenda X, child welfare, children's institution, and workshop for schools via DKS) in addition to building a strong name within the hip hop community in Norway. Fela started as a group member of Breaknecks, before starting his solo career with the debut album "D.U.R.E" in 2012, a debut that secured him the title of hip hop album of the year chosen by WiMP.

Since then he has worked full time with his artist career and he has managed to release 3 solo albums, an EP with the group Degos, won RapValg, Adidas Originals Experience, and performed with Manu Chao himself when he visited Mela House and Lindmo after releasing his third solo album

"Ole Brumm's vei".

In addition to all these fine achievements, this busy person has fully committed to his acting career! He has taken dice roll 6 from Dagbladet for his very first performance "Windows" (Directed by Veronica Salinas, Jon Tombre) and dice roll 5 by Aftenposten for his smash hit "Blokk til blokk" (Directed by Spkrbox). This performance has received countless good reviews from, among others, Dagsavisen, Klassekampen, Morgenbladet, and Aftenposten. Dagsavisen wrote, "Should be mandatory for all social workers and politicians in Norway".
"An experience that is bigger than a concert and richer than a regular performance", Aftenposten.

They have been honored to receive the Youth and Leisure's Honorary Award for the performance and most recently also the Oslo Municipality's artist award for the performance and their long efforts for culture and work with young people in Oslo.

They will soon be on a tour of Norway with the performance, where they visit 23 cities in Norway via the National Theater, but before that Fela is watching the second episode of Every time we meet, to surprise one of the hosts with a performance.
Fela is a busy and committed creative soul who will work a lot with his acting and music career going forward.
